If more information is needed, we will explain why and how it will be handled. Inquiries about children should be made by a parent or legal guardian.
Handling and retention
Within our business, inquiries are handled only by Miyuki Toko. We use XServer and Google Workspace for hosting and email; these services may involve processing outside Japan. Inquiry emails are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed. The form uses HTTPS and does not accept attachments. We do not share identifiable inquiry details with temples. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect this form from spam. Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser data for this security purpose; see Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
